Privacy Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Papaya Development LLC ("Papaya," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through papayadevelopment.com (the "Site"), and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry through the Start a Project form, we collect the information you enter: your name and email address and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, company, project location, project type, estimated project size or unit count, and message.

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss your project with you.

Information collected automatically

The Site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. As with most websites, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in order to deliver the Site and maintain its security.

The Site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google's privacy policy governs that connection.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which processes them on our behalf and forwards them to our team by email.

We may share project details with production partners or members of your local project team only as necessary to evaluate or carry out a project you have asked us about. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries only for as long as necessary to respond to you and to manage any resulting project, and we take reasonable measures to protect them. Inquiries that are no longer needed are deleted.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided to us. To make a request, reply to any email you have received from us or submit a request through the Start a Project form. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Third-party websites

The Site contains links to other websites, including papaya.homes and published news articles. Those websites are governed by their own privacy practices, for which we are not responsible.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
