Start a project
Bring us the site. The need. The challenge.
Papaya will help map the clearest path from where your project stands today to housing delivered on site.
Not sure which delivery approach fits? That's where we start.
What happens next
- 01
Share the basics
Tell us where the project is, what kind of housing you need, and where things stand today.
- 02
We review the fit
We look at the site, the housing need, and the schedule. Where it helps, a Feasibility and Design Study defines the approach, product fit, and production partner.
- 03
We map the next step
We come back with a recommended path and what it would take to move forward.
Thank you. We'll be in touch.
We read every inquiry and will reply by email.
